Delivery Policy

All goods and services are sent by courier UK mainland next day where possible. International deliveries within 1 week depending on service requested by customer. We use DHL, so customers can track their consignment online Goods are despatched on the receipt of cleared funds, customers will be advised by email should their be any delay in dispatching their order.

Delivery times once goods have left are dependent on delivery method. Express service worldwide can be arranged at the customers request. Customers will be advised of postal or courier charges at the time of order.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, if it is not what the customer ordered or the goods are faulty. Returns accepted on the condition that the instrument has not been misused, a full refund or an alternative exchange given, provided the instruments are returned with original packing. Deposits paid for special orders are non refundable.

We will arrange collection by courier in the event of the above.

Guarantees

We guarantee the work undertaken on repairs for 1 year, provided the instrument has not been misused, this excludes broken reeds.

Return to Base Service

2 Years from the purchase date of your Manfrini Accordion you may, if you desire, return your instrument to our representative in your country for return to Manfrini Rolston for a free health check, qualifying you for an extended warranty of 3 years. Delivery to Manfrini Rolston will be charged to the customer.

Guarantee

Manfrini instruments are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defect and a further 3 years when returned to Manfrini Rolston for a free health check 2 years from the date of purchase. Trade in accordions are guaranteed for 2 years excluding broken reeds and mistreatment of instrument. All accordions are tested carefully before despatch.
